Option 1: Discord Server (Preferred).

Join our Discord server here.
Go to the #support-tickets channel (under the support category).
Click the support button.
A new channel should open, scroll down until it is found. (Look for the red mark).
In this channel, type details about your enquiry in that channel.
Wait for a staff member to assist you.

Additionally, please do not directly message any staff members to check the ticket.

You can send us an email via support@voxyl.net. Make sure to provide your transaction ID if relevant.
