Refund Policy
All products sold by VOXYL NETWORK are covered by this refund policy. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact support.
- Change of mind. It is up to our discretion whether a refund will be permitted due to a change of mind. Please contact support on the discord for some potential options.
- Accidental purchases. If a purchase can be shown as "accidental" then the purchase will be refunded. In such case, contact support on the discord for the refund. Proof of an accident can be indicated by, but not limited to:
- Multiple purchases of the same item under the same account.
- A large number of items purchased.
- Or, contact within a very short timeframe of making the purchase.
- Faulty products. If the product is faulty, it will be repaired after an update. Please contact support, and the issue with be fixed in due time.
- Server blacklist. If an account with the rank has been blacklisted from the server, this is not grounds for a refund. You must ensure that you follow the server rules.
- Chargebacks. Performing a chargeback is not a method of refunding. If a chargeback is done fraudulently, your account will be blacklisted from the server.
