- VOXYL NETWORK retains the right to change the perks of any rank. However, this will always be done fairly and generally means more features or removing any broken features.
- Any blacklist from the server (bans) override any perks received in games. Thus, you must follow the server rules or risk being blacklisted from the server.
- The rank will last forever and will be provided within a reasonable timeframe. After 24 hours, if the rank has not applied, contact support.
- When a purchase is charged-back, the owner of the purchase is blacklisted from the server. If the charge-back is successful, the blacklist is indefinite, otherwise a finite length is set.
